If you’re looking for a home inspector that is more than qualified both in certification as well as experience then you need to have Chris Bates inspect your house. 

Besides being a sub-contractor and doing home repairs for the last fifteen years, he has been a home-builder for the last 10 years.  He started out building houses for the largest home builder in the United States.  After gaining several years of experience he started his own home-building business which he still operates on a small scale. 

He is a member of the National Home Builders Association, he is NPDES certified and is both licensed and insured.  He is a certified home inspector and is proud to be a part of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI), the requirements for which are outlined on on the NACHI web site.
